If we could do 2 hours a day of heavy weights training like a body-builder then we would, but we don’t simply because we don’t have the capacity for such hard work. And by way of a lack of capacity, I mean that we don’t have the drive and motivation and we don’t have the right stuff in our system to handle it – both our body and our mind are not up to the task.
But to build our capacity up to a level where we can be motivated and capable is no more complex than boosting our testosterone level because it is our testosterone that motivates us as well as empowers our muscles to do more for longer periods. And to boost our testosterone level can be done but a relatively simple trick needing only 7 minutes of hard and heavy lifting of weights that make our muscles burn – providing of course that we have a diet sufficient to produce the increase in androgenic hormones we want to achieve.
That is, our brain will make ever-increasing levels of testosterone if it is constantly getting the message that our muscles are not coping with the stresses they are put under each day – and it does not take hours at the gym to message the brain this way; only 7 minutes a day is needed to stress our muscle such that they burn from the exhaustion.
The smartest thing to do is to work on boosting your hormone levels for a few weeks before you join a gym. With a proper diet, the short-term bursts of heavy exercise and ideally a diet supplement like Tongkat Ali, by the time you do begin visits to the gym your testosterone level will be ready to succeed. Tongkat Ali is a tree and from its roots essential testosterone boosting compounds are extracted and put into a capsule form that you can buy over the counter where health foods and vitamins are sold.
