Qualification Requirements
- Tertiary qualified
Experience
- 3 to 4 years experience in Process execution
Key Accountabilities
Key tasks; accountabilities and challenges of this role
- To interpret and process the allocated notice, order or request efficiently, accurately and in accordance with the notice, order or request, including by the specified due date;
- To promptly action request in accordance with relevant SLA and timelines
- liaising directly with Statutory Compliance team as required in order to clarify scope of notice;
- To identify and produce information and/or documents required to be produced pursuant to a notice or order;
- To recognize and distinguish notices/orders which compel to produce information/documents and notices/orders which do not compel to produce information/documents/
- Ability to assess and determine the scope of documents and information is required to produce in respect of a notice/order
- To identify notices, orders and correspondence which should be directed to another team
- Managing risk in ensuring compliance with legislation, internal policies, procedures & deadlines
- Use of multiple systems/tools to identify and produce documents & information
- Ensure all personal training records are maintained and kept up to date.
- To work at all times in the interests of the team, sharing knowledge and assisting colleagues as appropriate or other teams as specified by line management.
- To liaise with internal customers, ensuring that instructions, inquiries and queries, are acted on efficiently and effectively, seeking to maintain effective working relationships at all times.
- Build excellent stakeholder engagement
