Roles & Responsibilities: Preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements under various GAAP
Review of fixed assets and inter-company process
Reconciliation of inter-company balance on monthly basis
Analysis of accounting implication of unique transactions under various GAAP
Review and approval of manual JVs passed by various teams
Prepare schedule for lease equalization
Interaction with auditors/internal teams for completion of audit
Required Skills (Technical Competency): Good accounting knowledge under USGAAP and IFRS
Experience with MS Excel, Word and PPT
Very organized and punctual
Detail oriented
Oral & Written communication skills
Experience working with cross functional teams
Experience working with Global remote team
Experience : 3-5 years
