Whenever students feel too stressed at school, they find ways to not go to school. They started faking illnesses and find every possible way to not attend school for one more day. Sometimes, stress does cause sickness. If a student has not studied for his exam that day, he is afraid, and there is a heavy adrenaline pumping in his body. This might lead to symptoms such as vomiting and faintness. They are not actually sick, but the body reacts like that because it is under a lot of pressure. There are a lot of causes for stress besides exams and school work. Dating is one big cause for teenagers nowadays. Breakups and fall outs happen all the time, and this breaks kids. The next big problem is their parents. Parents are not always understanding of their children, and most of the time, they expect a lot more of them than they can give. This leads to an excess level of stress. Sports and peer pressure are also valid reasons for stress.
The best stress management strategy is exercise. When you feel like hitting someone, better hit a punching bag. These things are great stress relievers. Doing such exercises will make you exert your bodily stress and relax you. You can also do medication. This will help a lot and clear your mind too. If something is bothering you, try to analyze why it is bothering you and then try to eliminate it. For instance, if your parents are putting too much pressure on you, try to reason with them. Tell them that you can’t take anymore. Your parents care for you, and they’ll definitely listen to you.
If you feel you’re not good at a particular subject, try asking for help. Coaching helps most of the time, and as long as you are not ashamed to ask for help, you’ll be fine. Don’t study all the time. Give breaks between your study sessions. Go out for walks and look at the greenery outside your house. This will help your eyes, and also clear out your mind. Never leave out anything till the end. Time management is important, and once you start managing your time properly, stress management follows suit.
